Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she won the titles of four other fitness contests. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Ariel took the first six years of competition to get her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place for the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than happy of the result. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
